Sunday August 16 10-3pm Come for one event or all of them!
A FREE event for local people at Historic Hillsboro Center only
Everything will be outside, please wear masks, follow social distancing, bring your own
lawn chair or blanket.
Scheduled events:
10am- Regular service outside old Methodist Church (masks required)
11am- Hymn singing outside Congregational Church (masks required)
12 am- Community picnic- bring your own basket of food/beverage, and favorite lawn chairs or blanket (No food is being sold or chairs provided)
1pm- NH Humanities speaker on I Barns of NH by John C. Potter outside largest barn Outside the barn
2pm- Irish music/other instrumental music by local musicians
3pm- Parade around the circle for those in costume (or in History Alive tee shirts) led by antique bicyclist
Events all day:
Several reenactors will have a tent and exhibit about life as a revolutionary soldier
Goats in stable
18th century tailoring and laundry,
Whittling spoons,
Other non-food vendors
Tours of Cemetery (masks required)
Tours of Lookout (masks required)
Walking tour of Hillsboro Center.
